✨ About Me ✨
I’m Jenny James, founder of Just Breathe with Jenny — a sacred space for healing, awakening, and transformation. As a certified 9D Breathwork Facilitator, Reiki Master, and NLP Practitioner, my work bridges science and soul. I combine conscious breath, energy healing, and subconscious reprogramming to support deep emotional release, nervous system regulation, and powerful inner shifts.


My journey into this work began through my own healing — learning to move through fear, trauma, and self-doubt to reconnect with purpose and personal power. That lived experience allows me to hold space with compassion, strength, and deep understanding.


I believe healing doesn’t need to be forced — it unfolds when we feel safe, supported, and seen. Through Breathwork, energy alignment, and transformational language, I guide people back to their truth, their resilience, and their inner wisdom.


My mission is simple:


To help you release what no longer serves you, awaken your potential, and remember who you truly are.
